Salem Symphonic Winds Presents: Enchanting Echoes

Come to Youngberg Hill for a relaxed evening of light concert music, gourmet food, wine, and an assortment of vintage music boxes.

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Oregon's wine country as you indulge in an evening filled with mesmerizing music! The concert will feature a return to an era of light humor and civility. Whether you're a fan of classical, jazz, or contemporary tunes, Enchanting Echoes promises to deliver a diverse repertoire that will leave you spellbound.

Prepare to be enchanted by the talents of renowned musicians from around the Willamette Valley, as they come together to create an extraordinary musical experience. Jeff Witt will return as our featured vocalist. We will also feature instrumental soloists, including clarinetist Patrice DeRoest, xylophone soloist Tim Sasaki, and trumpet soloist Brett Randolph. 

The concert will also feature a collection of vintage music boxes, playing music that was enjoyed in private homes more than a century ago. Music boxes will be demonstrated before the concert. Additional selections will be played during the show, followed by a performance of the tune by the band.

Roth’s Fresh Catering will furnish gourmet sandwich meals for the event that can be ordered online. Meal orders must be placed no later than Monday, August 7 by 8 pm. Audience members may also choose to bring their own picnic. Wine, beer, and soft drinks will be available to purchase at the concert. No outside beverages are allowed. Audience members are encouraged to bring low lawn chairs or blankets for seating on the lawn.
